Service scope
Delivery services to locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are carried out according to the national address provided by the customer when completing the order.
We reserve the right to modify the coverage area or discontinue delivery service to certain areas at any time, without obligation to provide prior notice.
The customer or their representative, aged 17 or older, must be present to receive the order for direct collection and to verify the products' condition. Orders will not be delivered if no one is present, nor will they be left unattended at the site.
Delivery mechanism
Delivery is made to the residence entrance or the nearest possible access point within the building. If the address is for a business, delivery is made at the main entrance, and the client will be notified to come and collect the order.
Application review and responsibility
Receiving an order constitutes an acknowledgment by the customer or their representative of the condition and quantity of the products shown. Therefore, it is recommended to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, please contact customer service as soon as possible after delivery.
Non-receipt and re-delivery
If the order cannot be received within a reasonable timeframe after the delivery person arrives, we reserve the right to return the order to our premises. Additional charges may apply for subsequent redelivery requests.
